At NUE, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as but not limited to: food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are also not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

Request a Return: Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Shipping: Pack your item(s) securely, including the RA number inside the package, and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., missing parts.)

Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
